My Secret to Healthy Hair

Hi loves! Is there really anything better than a great hair day? It doesn’t matter what outfit you’re wearing, if your hair looks good then you can take on the world. I get tons of questions every day on how I keep my hair so healthy being this blonde. So today I’m sharing my secret to healthy hair with three things I’ve been doing lately to keep my hair long and healthy.

No heat days. I know some of you are probably thinking “thank you, next” because the thought of going “all natural” is disturbing. But I promise you, it isn’t as bad as you think! One way I have seen a dramatic change in my hair is forcing myself to have at least 3 “no heat days” each week. That means no blow dryer, no curling iron, no straightener. Absolutely NO heat! This allows your hair to take a break from the damaging heat that styling puts on it causing split ends and breakage. I know it sucks in the beginning because your natural hair might be frizzy, curly or just plain “blah”, but the results will be worth it. Hair, Skin and Nails Vitamins. Believe it or not, these work. Not necessarily overnight, but I’ve seen after long periods of time these do help strengthen my hair! I’d also recommend a Prenatal vitamin (even if you aren’t a mom – these are great for overall wellness).

How they work:
The shots contain a blend of vitamins, lipids, and natural glycerin that target the ares of damaged hair. How to use:
Wash your hair as normal with shampoo. Then use the Intense Rescue Shots once a week (or every few washes depending on how often you wash your hair) instead of your normal conditioner! Each shot is a single-use, so you don’t have to think about using too much or too little. Apply the shot generously from root to tip, making sure to target areas that are damaged (for me, that’s the ends of my hair!). Leave on for 30 seconds and then rinse off for 30 seconds. No need to over-rinse because the shots are formulated not to leave residue and weigh your hair down once it’s dry.
